Password manager
A password manager is a dedicated app or a built-in browser feature that generates and stores a separate password for every site, leaving you one master password to remember instead of dozens. Its whole purpose is to make a unique password per account practical, including on an account you sign into only occasionally.

Where you see it
It appears at sign-up and login as an offer to generate, save or fill the credentials, and again in browser or app settings, where the stored list can be reviewed and individual entries deleted.
Why it matters
Reusing one password across an adult platform and your main email is the failure that turns a single breach into access to everything else, and a manager removes the need to reuse. The limit is the device: saved entries are readable by anyone who can unlock the browser profile, so on a shared or family computer the stored password is itself a trace, because the same list that fills the login also names the site.
