Report button

The report button is the control on a room, a profile or a message that sends a complaint to the platform's moderation team - used for a room breaking the rules, a suspected underage or coerced participant, a scam message or a stolen stream. It goes to moderators, not to the performer.

Where you see it

Usually a flag or a three-dot menu on a performer profile, in the chat area of a room, and beside individual private messages. Most platforms also keep a longer report form in the help section for cases that need detail.

Why it matters

Reporting is not the same as blocking or muting, which change your own view and tell the operator nothing. A report is the only route that can get a room reviewed or closed. Expect no explanation of the outcome - platforms rarely give one - and where a report concerns apparent harm to a person, it is a first step rather than a replacement for contacting the authority responsible where you live.
