Token balance

A token balance is the number of unspent tokens held in your account - the platform's wallet for site credit, drawn down each time you tip, buy a menu item or run a paid session. It is a count of tokens, not a currency figure.

Where you see it

It usually sits in the site header or account bar and falls in real time during a private session; a top-up prompt tends to appear in the same spot the moment the balance runs low, often mid-session.

Why it matters

Shown in tokens, the balance tells you how much you can still spend but never how much you have already spent - only a receipt does that. Unspent tokens stay tied to that one account, and they are commonly forfeited rather than refunded if you close it, so read the refund and expiry terms before buying more than you plan to use.
