Transaction receipt

A transaction receipt is the record of a single payment - amount, date, a reference or order number, and usually the billing name that will appear on your statement. It is shown on the confirmation screen straight after checkout and normally emailed to the address on the account.

Where you see it

On the screen that appears once a token package, subscription or one-off purchase goes through, in a purchase or billing history section of your account, and as a message in the inbox tied to that account.

Why it matters

The reference number is the detail support staff and your bank ask for first, so a saved copy makes a dispute far shorter. Two limits are easy to miss: the receipt covers the purchase, not how credits were spent afterwards, and the emailed copy sits in an inbox that anyone with access to the device can read.
