Platform availability
Platform availability is whether a site will actually serve you where you live - some adult platforms block or limit access by country or region, while others stay reachable but drop parts of the service such as certain payment methods or verification routes. Availability is set by the platform in response to local rules, and it changes.

Where you see it
You notice it as a blocking notice in place of the homepage, an age or identity check that appears for some visitors and not others, or a payment option that is simply missing at checkout.
Why it matters
A site being unreachable is usually a policy decision rather than a fault, so retrying or hunting for a mirror tends to lead to clone domains instead of the real platform. Working around a regional block also generally breaks the terms you accepted, which puts the account and anything held in it at risk.
