Refund policy

A refund policy is the operator's stated rule on when money already paid can be returned - which purchases qualify, how long you have to ask, and what support needs from you to consider the request.

Where you see it

It sits in the terms or a dedicated billing help page, and is rarely shown on the payment screen where the decision is actually made.

Why it matters

Digital goods that have been used are the usual exclusion, so tokens you already spent and sessions you already watched are commonly treated as consumed and outside the policy. Read it before buying rather than after a purchase you regret, and note that asking support for a refund and raising a chargeback with your bank are different routes with different consequences for your account.
